Online Return Policy

Purple Poppy accepts returns of unworn, unwashed full priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase for full credit. All tags must still be attached to the clothing.

You will receive credit on the merchandise cost; however, shipping is non-refundable.

Request A UPS Return Label

You can request a UPS Return Label to your email address for a $10 charge to your credit card, and you can drop your return off with any UPS driver or at any UPS location. Please email us at contact@purplepoppy.com to request your label.

In-Store Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of purchase. Your items must be unworn, in resellable condition, with tags on and be accompanied by your receipt. Bank card transactions (Credit Cards and Debits Cards) can be refunded back to the card within this 5 day period and after that, you will be issued a merchandise credit. Any cash or check transaction will be reimbursed with merchandise credit. All sale items, jewelry, and accessories are final sales.
