Summer is in full force and we still have at least six weeks of guaranteed beach time ahead of us. Take advantage of the gorgeous weather, grab some of our essentials, and head to the beach for some quality me time!

SUN PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

Although many people assume that their clothing protects their skin from the damaging UV rays, it actually doesn’t and the rays can penetrate right through the material and damage the skin. Because of this, it’s important to always wear sunscreen (yes, even year-round!). During the hot summer months, wearing sun protective clothing that has UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) is a great option! UPF is similar to SPF but is specifically for clothing to further protect your skin.

A CUTE BEACH BAG
